Description
Fertomid is used to stimulate ovulation by releasing hormones necessary for ovulation to occur. It is used to treat female infertility. This drug may also be used for other purposes than to treat female infertility
How To Take
Take Fertomid exactly as prescribed by the physician. Fertomid comes in a tablet form to be taken with a full glass of water. It is usually taken in 5 day cycles. Always follow doctors instructions.
Precaution
Fertomid may increase the likelihood of multiple births which may carry additional risk for both mother and fetus. Fertomid may cause blurred vision and other visual side effects during therapy therefore use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery. Notify doctor immediately if visual side effect develops especially under variable lighting conditions. Do not take this medication if patient is pregnant. Stop taking Fertomid and seek emergency medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
