How To Take
Each pack of Orligal contains 84 x 120mg capsules. Take one capsule of Orligal (Orlistat) with each of your three main meals. Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water. Make sure to include a healthy diet and exercise as part of your overall weight loss plan. Orligal will only work along with an intake of dietary fat. If you miss a meal, there is no need to take that particular dose of Orlistat.
Precaution
Commonly reported side effects of orlistat include: bowel urgency, frequent bowel movements, oily evacuation, oily rectal leakage, steatorrhea, and flatulence with discharge.
