Poxet (Dapoxetine) is used to treat premature ejaculation. It is the only drug used for such indication. At the moment it is approved in Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria and Germany. The approval in the United States is being considered.

Description
Premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. Estimates vary, but as many as one out of three men may be affected by this problem at some time.
How To Take
For oral application. The tablets should be taken as a whole to avoid a bitter taste. It is recommended that the tablets together with one full glass of water. The recommended initial dose for all patients is 30 mg, as required, about 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.
Precaution
The common side effects include Nausea, Feeling dizzy, Headache, Dry mouth and Diarrhea. If you experience any of these side effects please stop taking the medication and inform your doctor: feeling irritation or becoming aggressive or anxious, Stomach pains and sweating, ringing in ears, nasal congestion and blurred vision, rise in blood pressure.
