Description
S-Citadep 10 MG Tablet is used in the treatment of depression and generalized anxiety disorders. It should be started at lower doses and gradually increased. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may cause withdrawal symptoms like mood changes, irritability, dizziness, numbness in the hands or feet, and difficulty in falling asleep.
How To Take
Take S-Citadep 10 MG Tablet with or without food. Do not take in larger amounts than advised. Consult the doctor if you experience any undesirable effects. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor as it may cause withdrawal symptoms.
Precaution
Pregnancy This medicine should be taken by pregnant women only if clearly needed. Breast-feeding This medicine is known to excreted in human breast milk. It should be taken only if clearly needed. Monitoring of undesired effects like drowsiness is necessary. General warnings Pediatric population S-Citadep 10 MG Tablet is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years. Diabetes S-Citadep 10 MG Tablet will alter the blood glucose levels. Use with caution if you are diabetic.. Bleeding abnormality S-Citadep 10 MG Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding. Use with caution if you suffering from bleeding disorders or concomitant use of aspirin, NSAIDS and other anticoagulants. Angle-closure glaucoma Use with caution if you are suffering from angle-closure glaucoma or have a history of glaucoma. Suicidal tendency Studies show that these medicines may increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents, and young adults (age between 18 to 24) with major depressive disorder (MDD) and other psychiatric disorders. Impaired kidney and liver function Use with caution in severe kidney disease and liver disease.
