Description
Vidalista belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 20 inhibitors. Following sexual stimulation Vidalista 20 mg works by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax, allowing the flow of blood into your penis. The result of this is improved erectile function. Vidalista will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction.
It is important to note that Vidalista 20 mg does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not tacking a medicine for erectile dysfunction.
How To Take
Always take Vidalista exactly as your doctor has instructed you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is too weak your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg. In most cases, if you would take this medication daily, then your doctor might prescribe a lower dose of 2.5 to 5 mg a day. Vidalista 20 mg tablets are for oral use. Swallow the tablet whole with some water. You may take Vidalista 20 mg with or without food.
You may take a Vidalista 20 mg tablet at any point in time from 30 minutes to 10 hours before sexual activity. Vidalista 20 mg may still be effective up to 24 hours after taking the tablet. It is important to note that Vidalista 20 mg does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for erectile dysfunction.
Precaution
Your doctor will want to take your complete medical history before prescribing Vidalista. Tell your doctor is you have cardiovascular issues, chest pain, heart disease, arrhythmia, heart attack, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, liver damage, kidney damage, ulcers, bleeding problems, cancer, sickle cell anaemia, or if your penis is anatomically deformed
