Zenegra (Sildenafil) by Alkem company is the "next generation" of Viagra. It is an extra-strength version of the first sildenafil drug to treat erectile dysfunction. It works in essentially the same fashion as the original. The response period of Zenegra is considerably shorter than that of Viagra.

Description
Zenegra is used to treat impotence in men and can improve the ability to exercise in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension. It is also used to enhance the vasodilatory effect of nitric oxide of the penis thus sustaining an erection. Studies show that this drug cannot cure erectile dysfunction, prevent pregnancy or the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
How To Take
If Zenegra is for erectile dysfunction it is taken as needed before any sexual activity as prescribed by the doctor. The best time to take this drug is an hour before sexual contact and should be taken only once a day. Zenegra is taken with or without food. Medication will take longer to effect if medication taken together with a high fat meal. If Zenegra is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, doctor′s prescription should be followed. It is usually taken three times a day with or without food. Take this drug at around the same time every day, and space the doses about 4 to 6 hours apart. Precaution
Common side effects of Zenegra are facial flushing, headache, stomach ache, nausea, and diarrhea. More severe effects include sudden hearing loss and dizziness. In rare cases patients suffer painful and prolonged erection that last for 4 hours, immediately stop using the drug and seek medical attention before permanent problems arise.
